I thought i would say hi to you all "on mass" here as ten of you are booked to come along to the Opentrack track day at Brands hatch this coming Friday.
Apart from all the track fun you will of course be filmed for the "wheeler dealer" Tv show.
You should all have the paperwork by now with the imdemnity forms and your driver number please bring these with you as they will save time on the day.
I will arrange for two garages to be closed off for your usage during the day in the pits however the Tv crew will be doing the main filming in the lower paddock, which is about 2 minutes away. i have suggested to them that they give you chaps a radio so they can call you if and when required.
The Circuit will be "live" at 09.00 for the track day to start, and at this time you all have to do 3 laps behind a pace car so you get to know where you are going for the rest of the day.
If you have booked the tuition you can see your time displayed at sign on and also in garage number one. This is also where you will find the tea /coffee / cake etc
during the day.
Garage number one is also the meeting point for the free tuition please be on time as all the slots are booked up and if you miss yours we will not have time to fit you in again. It is well worth it, we have Mike Wilds as one of the regular tutors and what He has not driven is not worth knowing have a look at his site.
