I'm sure it would be easy enough to get decals made up, is there much else different on the bodywork? Wheels might be a bit difficult to find - they were designed to channel air to the brakes. Mechanically there are loads of small detail changes to most of the running gear - Paul Sage has the Renault workshop manual listing all of the changes made.

just on looks, pick an old sponsorship set up, and get all the decals made up. i have already had a rollcage fitted, and the interior is totally stripped and pianted, as for the mechanicals..........£££££££!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you checked the regs for your local championship? Stripping the interior sheds virtually no weight it only weighs a few kilos on a GTA)......I kept mine and am in a production car class, without it I'd be in a mod. prod. class and the gain in weight loss would far outweigh the advantage......unless I had serious money to spend on engine modification. Ive done this kind of thing for 10 years now and the biggest advantage you can get is knowing how to use the regs to benefit your position!!!!!!

If you need the graphics doing, I can do all the large scale replica bits if needed, easy as I have a GTA to measure up on. I can work of any photo and get them spot on.

Engine wise the Europa Cups weren't that high spec. I have all the details on the parts for the factory conversions. The turbocharger was the same as my Stage 1 with the larger exhaust housing and compressor wheel, the exhaust was similar to my Evo system, with a single non restricted tailpipe, the ECU had my piggyback type chip to modify the boost settings, the turbo mounting backplate was raised up about an inch, so as not to boil the clutch slave, adjustable fuel regulator, longer final drive, and that is it. Alot of work was put into cooling, ie exhaust wrap, bigger rad, ducting to the enginebay.

i am running in the road car class, tax mot etc and there is not problem with stripping the interior as long as i retain the heat contols and window mechanisms and keep them working. as for saving weight, you stand with your arms out and i will give you all the stripped out stuff to hold, centre console radio 4x speakers and loom 4x seats all carpet and door panels never mind countless screws and bolts and fitting, and then tell me that it's not a great weight saving.

an empty apple crate seems to be the lightest thing at the moment! maybe i will do and evo spec apple crate and go for carbon fibre!!!

You must have different road car regs over there.....removing things like the seats is obviously gonna lighten the car. Did you weigh the car before you started? Also how much does your rollcage weigh?
