Pit crew wanted./ Clio cup race season

Would be interested in the spare ticket. Mallory not too far from me but never been before! Do you still need help in the Pits or are you fully manned now?

still waiting for the sponsorship cheque to drop through the letterbox mind....

Firstly a big thanks to the supporters who turned up, Rob S, Lee and Lee's mate (whoops forgotten name). Sorry had no mechanical gremlins for Lee to sort out so was probably under employed. Rob helped out on the pits stop so big thanks there and of course, the mainstay of our season, Simon Gamblen who is now an important part of the team, thanks once again Simon.
Shame there was such a poor turnout for the race itself this time, less than 10 cars entered, down from 32 at Brands Hatch. Riku qualified 4th, great showing on his first visit to the circuit. A cloud burst just before the start did little for my confidence as I had no idea how wet or dry the track was going to be once we got out there. A poor start and an almost off on the first bend put paid to Riku's qualifying effort and a lonely race from then on. We (well he did) managed to catch and pass the ailing pole positon TVR on the final bend of the final lap so we didn't finish last... what's more we got a class win just by finishing as the other class runners failed to start! You have to be in it to win it I guess.

what a great track Mallory Park is, would like to think it could be a Origine RS venue of the future?

Thanks for a most enjoyable day Mark and Riku. Glad I was able to be of some limited use at the pitstop. If I don't go to Dieppe I would be happy to help out again at Silverstone - guess I need to make that decision in the next few days!

Silverstone GP circuit up next... September 12th......new car as well.

Have a couple of spare tickets for Saturday at Silverstone. 60 odd cars entered for my race! Plenty of other races on the bill too.

We practice at 11.40 and race at 16.30.
Probably too late to post unless someone replies tonight but if interested. text me your real full name and I will leave a ticket on the gate, usually at the media centre near the main entrance but will confirm location. 07941355586
