The LCD on the a610 is the same as the ren 21 but you have to swap it between the computers as the electronics behind are different. The ren 19 could be the same too, but again I'd swap the LCD between the computers, not the whole computer.
If you take the gauges out, keep them the right way up,or the damping oil will come out, (I believe).
I don't think the fog lights are handed, so it's only the (outer) dip beam headlights you need to swap over.
Simon autos may have the drive on the right lights or you may be able to cross reference them with another car or bus. The uk dip beam a610 lights are used on other vehicles.
