Membership Access Problems

Just paid membership for which I think is the 2nd time but again access was available to parts of the forum on the day I paid but have tried to gain access again this afternoon but access gets revoked. Any ideas on who would be the best person to contact to get this issue addressed please

Seems to be a common problem.
