Can’t for the life of me work out how to remove the glass through the aperture. Glass is free from its seal but as it only has a small hairline crack I want to keep it as a spare and don’t want to force it. Is there a specific process?

Sussed it! Finding a scalpel is working really well on removing the sealant, may be lucky as the glass hadn’t been replaced before, so sealant is 30 years old and the blade isn’t sticking to badly
